Royal Caribbean faced a critical training challenge: ensuring consistent bartending techniques and service standards across their entire fleet. With bartenders working on multiple ships worldwide, they needed a scalable solution that would deliver uniform training to every employee—regardless of location.
SOLUTION
It all started with a Miami studio and a big vision from Royal Caribbean. We had a blast completely transforming the space into an authentic Las Vegas-style bar! It was the perfect backdrop for filming the legendary mixologist Tonny Abou. Our talented Latin crew worked right alongside him, using their expertise in hospitality to make sure every pour and garnish was captured beautifully. From start to finish, it was a fun, collaborative process to create crystal-clear tutorials that we're truly proud of.
