ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Kontralab provides video production, equipment rental, post-production, and related creative services as outlined in individual project contracts.

PROJECT CONTRACTS & PAYMENT TERMS

• All projects require a signed contract and deposit before work begins

• Payment schedules vary by project scope (typically 50% deposit, 50% on completion)

• Late payments may incur additional fees

• Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect pricing

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

• Client Content: You retain ownership of your original materials and final deliverables

• Portfolio Usage: We may use project footage for marketing purposes with written consent

• Behind-the-Scenes: We reserve the right to document and share BTS content unless otherwise specified

• Third-Party Materials: Client is responsible for securing rights to any third-party content used

 

EQUIPMENT RENTAL TERMS

• Rental agreements require insurance verification and signed rental contract

• Equipment must be returned in original condition

• Damage or loss charges apply based on replacement costs

• Pickup and return must occur during specified business hours

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled shoot may incur fees

• Weather-related postponements will be rescheduled at no additional charge

• Client-requested changes may affect timeline and pricing

 

LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond industry standards

• Our liability is limited to the total contract value

• We maintain professional liability and equipment insurance

• Force majeure events (weather, emergencies) may affect delivery timelines

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and proprietary information.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under Florida state law.

 

MODIFICATIONS

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
